Who are we?
We are a national organization of over 70,000 women officially recognized by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB). The CWL is affiliated with the World Union of Catholic Women’s Organizations (WUCWO), who holds membership in the conference of International Catholic Organizations (ICO) and has consultative status with agencies of the United Nations.
Why Join the League?
How do I join?
All women, age 16 and up, are invited to take out membership in the Catholic Women’s League of Canada through parishes that have CWL councils. We offer both regular memberships for Catholic women, and Associate memberships for non-Catholics.
